Objective
The objective for enhancing the Aunty SG app is to create a more intuitive and user-friendly interface that simplifies navigation and integrates new services seamlessly. This redesign aims to improve user interaction, helping the app stand out in a competitive market.
Challenges
Some users may perceive certain security measures, such as confirming transactions on the hardware wallet or verifying addresses, as cumbersome. Striking a balance between minimizing friction and maintaining secure processes can be challenging. Users who are not familiar with hardware wallets may encounter difficulties with setup, device connectivity, and transaction management. It is essential to offer clear guidance while ensuring that experienced users are not disrupted.
Roles & Responsibilities
I was responsible for the complete UI/UX design of the application, overseeing the process from initial conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity design. Additionally, I actively participated in the quality assurance of the developed product. I collaborated closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineers to ensure that the design details were accurately implemented in the final application.
